At Southfit, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
We offer both domestic shipping within Germany and international delivery to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Payments are securely processed through trusted providers. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Southfit does not store sensitive payment details.
If you’re not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Southfit, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or colour are possible if stock is available. Please contact us first to confirm availability before sending items back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
